Self Service Direct Deposit

Instructions to sign up for Self Service Direct Deposit

  1. Log into Self Service.
  2. Click on the 'Banking information' link.
  3. Click the "Account Type" - 'Payroll' or 'Refunds Reimbursements & Payments'.
  4. Click '+Add an Account'
  5. Follow prompts
    1. If you want to receive direct deposits for both 'Payroll' or 'Refunds Reimbursements & Payments' you must enter the banking information under both types. 

You can also stop or change an existing Payroll direct deposit by filling out this Direct Deposit Form and submitting it to the Payroll department in J Building.
