Pay Advices online through Self Service

Instructions for employees who have never logged into Self-Service

  1. Visit Self Service.
  2. Please see e-mail from Human Resources for your Self Service User ID and Password information.
  3. After entering your User ID and password, Click Sign In. You will now be prompted to change your password. If you receive the login error 'You entered an invalid user name or password. Try again.' After two attempts, click on the Forgot your user name or password link. If still unable to login, call Operations at ext. 5292.
  4. Once logged into Self Service, follow the instructions below for employees with an existing Self Service ID.

Instructions for employees with an existing Self Service ID

  1. Visit Self Service.
  2. Login into Self Service.
  3. Choose the 'Employee' link on the Main Menu.
  4. Choose the 'Earning Statements' link.
  5. The current calendar year pay dates will be displayed. Click on the pay date you wish to view.
    1. A new window will open with the pay advice displayed for the date chosen.
    2. You will have access to view the pay advice two days prior to the pay date, however the funds will not be available until the actual pay date.
    3. You may now choose another pay date to review, if desired.
  6. To view prior calendar year pay dates, click the drop down by 'Select Other Year'
    1. The pay dates for that calendar year will be displayed.
    2. Click on the pay date you wish to view.
    3. A new window will open with the pay advice displayed for the date chosen.
    4. You may now choose another pay date to review, if desired.
    5. Click the house icon on the left to go back to the Self Service main menu.
  7. When finished, click 'Log Out' at the top of the page. This will log you out or Self Service.
