Open House Scheduled for June 16 at WACC

Atlantic Cape Community College will provide information for those looking to begin a new career, enhance job skills or seek personal enrichment at an open house, 4-7 p.m., Thursday, June 16. This event will be held at the Worthington Atlantic City Campus, 1535 Bacharach Blvd., in Atlantic City.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet college faculty and staff, apply for admission, learn about financial aid options and discover how to launch a new career with a college degree or short-term training program.
Information about Atlantic Cape’s programs, including business, criminal justice, culinary arts, geographic information systems, liberal arts, communication and more will be available.
Representatives will also be on hand to discuss career training programs in health care, gaming and electronic equipment technician, customer service and sales, and solar and renewable energy. Tours and hands-on demonstrations at the Health Professions Institute and Casino Career Institute will be available. Adults age 50 and over can also find out more about Encore Career Training offered at Atlantic Cape.
Additional open house participants include Rutgers University at Atlantic Cape and Fairleigh Dickinson University.
