The Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College is featuring new workshops for the amateur chef this fall.
Prepare traditional German favorites just in time for Oktoberfest, including schnitzel, sauerbraten and spaetzle, potato dumplings and apple pancakes, in German Cooking on Tuesday, Sept. 27.
Learn how to save money and time while cooking delicious meals throughout the week in Stretching Your Food Dollar, Tuesday, Oct. 18.
Add gourmet flair to pancakes, sweet and savory crepes, French toast, and quiche in Brunch, Tuesday, Nov. 8.
French-Vietnamese Cuisine on Tuesday, Nov. 29, explores one of the first fusion cuisines of modern times. Learn history while you prepare Phi, Banh, spring rolls, savory sweet rolls and coffee.
The traditional Italian Christmas Eve feast will get an American makeover with Caribbean conch fritters, salt cod and potato cakes with cognac sauce and other seafood samplings in Seven Fishes—Revisited, on Tuesday, Dec. 13.
