Atlantic Cape Offers Club 50 Plus Classes this Spring

Atlantic Cape Community College’s Club 50 Plus will offer new workshops and seminars for older learners this spring.
Get Your Affairs in Order, learn to organize financial, medical and personal information in one place, so in the event of a catastrophic event or death, your most important information is readily available to loved ones, 9 a.m.-noon, two Saturdays, March 17 and 24.
Fit Seniors, embrace a new lifestyle that promotes vitality and well-being. This exercise class will improve your overall function, featuring safe and effective endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination and improved postural stability, 10:30-11:30 a.m., six Fridays, beginning March 23.
Nutrition for Seniors, learn how proper diet can boost immunity and fight illness-causing toxins, while learning how you can maintain a healthy weight, 9 a.m.-noon, Friday, April 20.
Facebook & Twitter, learn how to create a Facebook account, upload and organize pictures, search for people and share conversations, to stay connected with family and friends, and explore a variety of Facebook applications, 9 a.m.-noon, two Fridays beginning April 27.
South Jersey Winery and Vineyard Tour, enjoy lunch at Careme’s Restaurant, Atlantic Cape’s student-run gourmet restaurant at the Academy of Culinary Arts, then join a tour of Cape May Winery and Natali Vineyard, 11:30 a.m.-6 p.m., Friday, May 25.
