Atlantic Cape to Offer New Construction Management Class

Atlantic Cape Community College will offer a new green construction course in June. This workshop is approved by the American Institute of Architects for continuing education units.
Impact of International Green Construction Code (IgCC) on New Jersey is an ideal course for professionals interested in learning about state building codes pertaining to green construction. This professional development seminar will address key features of the IgCC and its coordination with other sustainable development guidelines, and its potential impact on green building and sustainable design in New Jersey. The workshop will also address issues concerning the professional standard of care, legal and contractual obligations, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Tuesday, June 5.
Breakfast will begin at 8:30 a.m. and lunch will be served from noon-1 p.m.
This workshop will be offered at the Worthington Atlantic City Campus, 1535 Bacharach Blvd., in Atlantic City.
