Atlantic Cape, Neumann University Sign Dual Admission Articulation Agreement Sept. 14

Atlantic Cape Community College and Neumann University, located in Aston, Pa., signed a Dual Admission Articulation Agreement, today, Sept. 14. The agreement offers students an affordable option for earning associate and bachelor’s degrees and will simplify the transfer and admission process into Neumann University.
“The Dual Admission Articulation Agreement between Atlantic Cape Community College and Neumann University is an innovative, alternative pathway to higher education. This agreement creates an opportunity for students of Atlantic Cape to obtain a bachelor’s degree from an institution with a history of excellence,” said Dr. Peter L. Mora, Atlantic Cape president.
Under the terms of the agreement, students enrolled in one of Atlantic Cape’s associate degree programs, certificate or professional series programs are eligible to participate in the agreement. Upon graduation from Atlantic Cape, or successful completion of a certificate or professional series program, students with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0, unless otherwise noted, are eligible for matriculation into one of Neumann University’s specified undergraduate programs.
Traditional bachelor’s degree programs offered under this agreement include: Accounting, Arts Production and Performance, Athletic Training, Biology, Biology with Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology with Secondary Education Certification, Business Administration, Communication and Media Arts, Computer Information Management, Criminal Justice, Early Elementary/Special Education, English, English with Secondary Education Certification, International Business, Liberal Arts, Marketing, Nursing, Political Science, Political Science with Secondary Education Certification, Psychology and Sport and Entertainment Management.
All qualified Atlantic Cape students who transfer to Neumann University as traditional full-time students under this agreement will receive scholarship packages, up to $12,000 per year, based on cumulative GPA. Scholarships are renewable each year.
In addition to traditional undergraduate bachelor’s degree programs, this agreement offers adult student learners an opportunity to earn accelerated bachelor’s degrees. Students who transfer from Atlantic Cape can apply up to 90 credits to Neumann University’s accelerated bachelor’s degree programs.
The following accelerated degree programs, sponsored by Neumann University’s Division of Continuing and Professional Studies, are available: Behavioral Science, Liberal Studies with Self-Designed Option, Organizational Leadership and Professional Studies.
