Academy of Culinary Arts Announces Make-Up Schedule

Due to Hurricane Sandy, the Academy of Culinary Arts will make up block days 12 and 13 on Thursday, Nov. 1, and block days 14 and 15 on Friday, Nov. 2. The first day of the fourth block will begin Monday, Nov. 5.
Culinary uniforms are not mandatory for class preparation for students who do not have access to their uniforms at this time.
Any student unable to attend must contact their chef educator directly.
