The Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College offers amateur pastry chefs the opportunity to learn how to prepare a variety of confectionery creations with Chef Mary Lou D’Angelo ’85 ACA of Ventnor City, through an assortment of dessert workshops this spring.
