Tickets Available for Feb. 21 'Taste of the Restaurant Gala' Demonstration and Tasting

The 2013 “Taste of the Restaurant Gala” cooking demonstration and tasting will feature chefs from Lugo Cucina e Vino, Mussel Bar, Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse, Golden Nugget and Caesars Entertainment, 6 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 21, at the Academy of Culinary Arts, room M-129, on the Mays Landing campus. Chefs will answer questions and serve the following small plates:
- Cavatelli Malloreddus
- Porcini Spaetzel & Crab with Oyster Mushrooms, Pecorino and Buerre Noisette
- Maple Glazed Quail
- Braised Short Rib of Beef over Jalapeno Grits
- Whoopie Pie
