A “Dessert Extravaganza” organized by Chef Eugen Ess, master pastry chef at Trump Taj Mahal; Chef Deb Pellegrino ’92, ACA alumna and 2012 Restaurant Gala culinary honoree; and Chef Tree McCann, ACA chef educator, completed the evening.
Event sponsors were Caesars Foundation, Bally’s Atlantic City, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, The Press of Atlantic City, WMGM-TV NBC40, Cape Bank Charitable Foundation, Petro Cohen Petro Matarazzo Warrington, Fairleigh Dickinson University and Bernie Robbins Jewelers.
