Register Now for Fall Courses; Ten New Courses Scheduled
July 6, 2006Registration for fall classes at Atlantic Cape Community College is under way. Fall classes begin Sept. 5.
Register in-person from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, at any of the college’s locations: Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike; the Charles D. Worthington Atlantic City Center, 1535 Bacharach Blvd.; and the Cape May County Campus, 341 Court House-South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House. The college is closed on Fridays through Aug. 18.
Students can also register by mail or fax through Friday, Sept. 1. The last day to register online at http://www.atlantic.edu.web4students is Monday, Sept. 4.
ACCC will offer 10 new classes this fall, including: Introduction to Public Relations, Technology for Educators, Help Desk Support, Structured Query Language, Introduction to Mass Media, Teaching: An Introduction to the Profession, Field Placement in Educational Psychology, Linear Algebra, Introduction to Social and Political Philosophy, Introduction to Philosophy through Literature and Conceptual Physics.
For the first time, ACCC will offer a science class at the Worthington Atlantic City Center. Earth Science will be available Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9-10:15 a.m.
Cape May County residents also have the option of earning a degree entirely at the new campus in Cape May Court House. The state-of-the-art post-modern building is fully-equipped with all the facilities students expect.
