ACA to Offer Culinary Classes in Hammonton

The Academy of Culinary Arts, in collaboration with Atlantic County and Hammonton, will offer a series of culinary classes in Hammonton beginning in August. Classes will be offered at the Human Services Building, 310 Bellevue Ave.

Not sure how to use up those last few items in the garden? We’ll show you how to spruce up your menu with the last of your harvest in Seasonal Cooking, Thursday, Sept. 26.
As the weather cools, learn how to prepare rustic and elegant soups to get you through the winter in Soups, Thursday, Oct. 24.
Looking for ways to add excitement to your holiday table without tossing out tradition? Learn a variety of interesting and different side dishes, and one or two may become new traditions for your family in Nontraditional Side Dishes, Thursday, Nov. 14.
Learn to prepare rolled, dropped and iced cookies. Bring a recipe you would like to share, and we will create an electronic file for the group in Cookie Exchange, Thursday, Dec. 12.
