Atlantic Cape Offers Professional Development Workshops this Fall

Atlantic Cape Community College will offer a variety of professional development workshops for individuals interested in enhancing their skill sets and advancing their careers.
Business Plan Writing: What Do You Propose? will outline the elements required to organize ideas into a well-structured business plan, Oct. 19 and 26.
Social Media to Improve your Business’ Bottom Line will teach participants how to use social media appropriately to engage consumers, and monitor and measure the results, two sections, Nov. 7 and Dec. 5.
Sports Nutrition Consultant Certification will provide students with an overview of the following topics: sport-specific diets, principles and foundations of nutrition, nutrition and energetics, athletic performance, carbohydrate loading, ergogenic aids, anabolic steroids and body composition testing. A member of the American Aerobic Association will teach the course, Nov. 9.
Getting Paid to Talk: An Introduction to Professional Voice Acting will explore numerous aspects of voiceover work for television, film, radio, audio books, documentaries and the Internet, and teach students how to prepare for a demo, two sections, Nov. 24 and Dec. 5.
Other valuable professional development courses include: Certified ScrumMaster Workshop, Intermediate Italian, Introduction to Sign Language, SAT Math Prep for High Schoolers and Strength Conditioning and Weight Training.
Professional development workshops are offered at the Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike, Building T; and the Cape May County Campus, 341 Court House-South Dennis Road, in Cape May Court House.
