ACA’s Culinary Student Association to Present ‘The Feast of the Seven Fishes’ Dec. 9

The Academy of Culinary Arts will host a traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes to celebrate the holiday season, 6:30 p.m., Monday, Dec. 9, in Careme’s Restaurant, 5100 Black Horse Pike in Mays Landing.

Sponsored by the Culinary Student Association, the event will feature a variety of appetizers and the following seafood favorites: Lobster Bisque, Seafood Salad, Smelts en Escabeche, Clams & Linguini, Baccala Livornese, Stuffed Calamari and Bacon-Wrapped Trout. Culinary students will also prepare an assortment of traditional Italian desserts. Guests are invited to bring their own wine to the event.

The cost of the event is $60 per person (check only). Checks can be made payable to Atlantic Cape Community College, and mailed to the attention of Chef Daniel J. Matt, Atlantic Cape Community College, 5100 Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing, NJ 08330. For reservations, contact Careme’s Restaurant at (609) 343-4940. Proceeds will support students at the Academy of Culinary Arts.
