Artist Workshop to Teach Finer Points of ‘Drawing Skies’ June 17

May 30, 2014

Atlantic Cape Community College will offer a fine arts workshop called “Drawing Skies,” 1-4 p.m., Tuesday, June 17.

Artist Diane Tomash will direct this workshop for adults, ages 18 and older, on the nuances of drawing skies to help artists gain a solid understanding of how skies are constructed that can be translated into any medium you choose. Participants will first focus on the value and tonality of skies and clouds in charcoal and chalk and transition to color chalk pastels.

The fee is $25. Supplies are not included. The workshop will meet in K-136 at the Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike.
