February 15, 2007Those interested in learning more about opportunities in the field of nursing or the entrance requirements for Atlantic Cape Community College's registered nursing degree program should attend an upcoming Nursing Program Information Session, Monday, March 5.
The event will be held 5:30-7 p.m. in H-116, at ACCC's Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to sign in and collect materials before the program begins.
Glenda Stogel, college recruiter, will review nursing program entry requirements, provide a career overview, and give an overview on what students can expect from the RN program. The session will also offer tips toward career and academic success while in "pre-nursing" coursework, on the nursing entry test and during the demanding program.
ACCC's allied health degree programs prepare students for credentialing and professional performance as registered nurses and other health care professionals.
