Culinary Classes Begin Tuesday, Aug. 28

Fall culinary classes at the Academy of Culinary Arts begin Tuesday, Aug. 28.

The ACA offers two-year degree programs in Culinary Arts, Food Service Management and Baking and Pastry. Full-time classes meet five hours a day, Monday through Friday, in a morning or afternoon session from August through December and January to May. Full-time students not pursuing a degree can complete the requirements for a culinary certificate in three semesters. Part-time and evening classes are available.

The ACA also offers four short-term specialization programs. Baking and Pastry, Hot Food, Catering and Food Service Management certificates can be earned in just nine months-an ideal situation for industry professionals who want to strengthen their skills or for food enthusiasts interested in satisfying their culinary curiosity.
