ACCC Offering Six Paralegal Classes this Spring

Atlantic Cape Community College is offering six paralegal studies classes during the spring 2008 semester: Introduction to Law and Litigation, Legal Research and Writing, Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility, Trial Advocacy, Litigation Assistant Procedures and Real Estate Transactions.The courses were inadvertently listed on page 31 of the Spring 2008 Credit Course Guide, under the Italian language classes.
ACCC offers two degrees, an associate in applied science and an associate in science, in paralegal studies. All legal specialty courses in the program are taught by attorneys. The purpose of the program is to train students to become paralegals and is not intended to be a program for training lawyers or legal administrators.
