Beat the Winter Blahs with Personal Enrichment Classes

You can warm up your winter with a variety of fun continuing education classes at Atlantic Cape Community College.
If you've long dreamed of creating the great American tome, then put your literary dreams to the test with the new Writing the Novel, Part I. The class takes place eight Wednesdays from 6-8 p.m. beginning March 5 at the Cape May County Campus, 341 Court House-South Dennis Rd., Cape May Court House.
Learn the art of Putting People in Your Paintings on Saturday, March 8, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Mays Landing Campus. Award-winning watercolorist Nancy Barch will demonstrate effective ways to add people to your artwork.
Those who wish to obtain certification to operate boats of all stripes can do so with the Safe Boating and Personal Watercraft course on Monday and Tuesday, March 10-11 from 7-10 p.m. at the Mays Landing Campus. This class covers such basics as rules of the road, laws and safety, and is suitable for adults and children 10 or older.
Those who've long wanted to master a new language may want to attend Conversational German five Wednesdays from 5-7 p.m. beginning March 26 at the Mays Landing Campus. The class is especially appropriate for travelers, or those who simply want to learn more about this fascinating country.
