July Gets Even Hotter with These Summer Cooking Classes

The Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College is featuring a number of tasty summer cooking classes throughout the summer, with numerous offerings in July.
Participants will learn interesting ways to make the most of summer fruits with Easy Summer Desserts, 6-9 p.m., Tuesday, July 8.
The Summer Barbecue Series heats up with Fowl on the Fire, 6-9 p.m., Tuesday, July 15, during which students will learn unique ways to prepare the ever-popular bird on the grill.
Session five of the International Series with a Twist summer-long program will showcase the diverse cuisine of exotic Morocco, 6-9 p.m., Wednesday, July 23.
Attendees will discover how to whip up the perfect accompaniments to your backyard feast with BBQ Side Dishes, covering everything from grilled marinated vegetables to blue cheese and bacon potato salad, 6-9 p.m., Tuesday, July 29.
