Get Fit the Fun Way this Summer at ACCC
June 11, 2009
Participants can shimmy their way to fitness with the Zumba Gold for Beginners and Seniors class at Atlantic Cape Community College, 6-7 p.m., six Tuesdays beginning July 7.
Zumba combines Latin dance moves with aerobics to create a dynamic workout that is highly effective, and loads of fun. This class is geared toward seniors and those who haven't exercised for a while, but is suitable for anyone. Attendees are advised to bring a towel and bottled water.
Other Continuing Education classes this summer at ACCC include: Living in a Zoo, with a field trip for families to the Cape May County Park and Zoo; the new Got an Idea? Develop your Invention!, conducted by a registered patent agent who will show participants how to patent their ideas; Conversational Italian; Exploring Digital Photography; and more.
Classes are at the Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike; the Cape May County Campus, 341 Court House-South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House; and the Institute for Service Excellence, Hamilton Mall, Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing.
