Learn about Nursing, Health Careers with Information Sessions

Atlantic Cape Community College will host two information sessions for those interested in learning about health care and nursing careers.
A Nursing Program Information Session takes place 5:30 p.m., Monday, Nov. 16, in the Walter Edge Theater at the Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike. The session focuses on ACCC's registered nurse program, including the selection process and methods to prepare for the entrance exam. It will include a question and answer period.
The college will also host a Health Career Planning Session 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 3, in C Building, Cafeteria B, at the Mays Landing Campus. The session will provide information on various health career options, as well as academic support, training options and alternative career routes for various health professions-including those available through certificate or non-degree programs.
Attendees are advised to arrive 15 minutes in advance to sign in and collect handout literature. The sessions are free.
