ACCC Faculty Member to Guest-Lecture At University of Indiana Journalism School
February 2, 2006Keith Forrest, assistant professor of speech at Atlantic Cape Community College, a resident of Collingswood, will give a guest lecture and presentation at the University of Indiana’s School of Journalism on April 3.
Forrest, who has worked in almost all aspects of journalism, including radio, television and newspapers, will discuss “The Journalism of Creative Non-Fiction” to a class studying “hot topics of journalism.” He also will meet with faculty and staff from IU’s student newspaper.
Forrest was destined to be a journalist because his parents were journalists and the news business was family business. Early on, he learned that an effective journalist has an insatiable appetite for learning about the world.
