Country French Cooking and Sensuous Seafood Topics of ACCC Culinary Workshops in March

MAYS LANDING—This spring, for the first time, chef educators at Atlantic Cape Community College’s Academy of Culinary Arts will conduct non-credit culinary workshops at both Cape May County and Mays Landing campuses.The two demonstration workshops offered in March are:
• Country French Cooking, taught by the Academy’s native French educator, will cover classic dishes like chicken chasseur and other bistro favorites. Bon appetit. From 6-9 p.m., Wednesday, March 8, in the seminar dining room at the Cape May County Campus.
• Sensuous Seafood dives into identifying local and exotic seafood, its availability, how to judge its quality and, perhaps most importantly, how to prepare it at home, from 6-9 p.m., Tuesday, March 21, in ACA’s professional kitchens at Mays Landing.
