The Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College is featuring new workshops for the amateur chef this fall.

Seoul Food, on Tuesday, Oct. 5, unleashes the flavors of Korea with braised beef short ribs, bulkoki kim chee bi bimbop, and spicy tuna and rice.
Learn how to make the most important meal of the day even better with Breakfast Cooking, on Tuesday, Oct. 19.
From Salad Nicoise to Coq au Vin, discover the techniques to prepare authentic French dishes in your own kitchen in Country French, Tuesday, Nov. 9.
Cure, smoke and enjoy a variety of sausages from around the world, including: hot and sweet Italian, German bratwurst, Spanish andouille, Polish kielbasa and more in Grinding it Out, Tuesday, Dec. 7.
Seven Fishes on Tuesday, Dec. 14, explores the traditional Sicilian holiday celebration with pasta and clam sauce, baccala and calamari.

Additionally, a five-month Culinary Arts Training Program can prepare students for entry-level kitchen positions in the region’s growing hospitality industry, 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m., Monday-Thursday, starting Sept. 20.
