Description: Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990/Rehabilitation Act of 1973---Compliance


The Executive Director of Human Resources has been designated as the ADA Coordinator and shall have responsibility for monitoring institutional compliance with the Acts.

The ADA Coordinator shall, in consultation with the president, senior management and legal counsel, develop a grievance procedure, conduct a comprehensive self-evaluation, and develop both the self-evaluation report and transition plan as required by the ADA.

The ADA Coordinator, in consultation with the president, senior management and legal counsel, shall devise a program for training supervisors, faculty, and the administration on the ADA.
