Description: Support for Current Technologies

ITS shall provide comprehensive support services for all college technologies, including:
  • Corrective and preventative hardware maintenance
  • Corrective and preventative software maintenance
  • Answers to operational questions


ITS shall maintain a Help Desk function to log and route calls for assistance from users.

Users shall call the Help Desk to report technology problems.

Users may not arrange for corrective or preventative maintenance on college technologies without the consent and involvement of ITS.

Operational questions may be called into the Help Desk, the Training Center, or any ITS staff member at the user's discretion. Off-campus services may be engaged for operational questions as users see fit.
