Description: Code of Ethics Pertaining to Conflicts of Interest for College Employees

The Executive Director of Human Resources will:

a. provide a copy of the Code of Ethics Pertaining to Conflicts of Interest for College Employees to each new employee of the College upon their appointment.

b. Reporting of continuing outside employment as specified in Human Resources Policy No. 803 shall be made by completing the form prescribed by the College.
