Archery Team Award Ceremony and Demonstration
ACCC's Nationally ranked Archery team is led by Coach Helen Bolnik. The President's Office hosted an award ceremony in the summer of 2006 for ACCC's victorious Archery Team. The men’s archery team won a national title at the United States Intercollegiate Archery Championships held May 19-21 in Los Angeles. They topped teams from Texas A&M and UCLA. In addition, Coach Helen Bolnick was named Coach of the Year for the third time, an award voted on by all coaches in the collegiate division.

ACCC and Rutgers University Degree Completion Signing Ceremony
On August 30th, 2006 Dr. Pete Mora, ACCC President, and Dr. Richard McCormick, Rutgers University President, formalized an agreement that will enable students to earn four-year or graduate degrees from Rutgers without leaving ACCC’s campuses.

Newfield National Bank Presents Donation to ACCC

Director Pat Owens, and Foundation member Charlie Pessagno-- Newfield Bank recently donated $5,000 to the ACCC Foundation to provide funding and support to Atlantic Cape Community College, its students and educational endeavors.

South Jersey Industries Presents Donation for School Counts! students to ACCC
Ed Graham, Chairman and CEO of South Jersey Industries presented ACCC President Dr. Peter Mora, Executive Dirctor of the Atlantic/Cape May Workforce Investment Board Steve Bruner and the ACCC Community with a check for $11,000 for School Counts! scholarships.
South Jersey Industries launched its School Counts! scholarship campaign in September 2004 by offering customers the opportunity to donate $1 a month through their gas bills to the scholarship fund. Scholarships are awarded to Atlantic and Cape May County high school graduates who plan to continue their education at ACCC and have met the criteria for a School Counts! certificate.
