We’ve launched more than 2,300 graduates into their culinary futures, since the Academy of Culinary Arts opened in 1981. Academy of Culinary Arts alumni are leaders in major restaurants and hotels, at resorts and on cruise lines, and in their own catering businesses and restaurants.
