Lunch at Careme's
Careme's students run restaurant is a Farm to Table facility. An important part of the student's education is to understand the issues facing today's chefs. This includes sustainability and local sourcing. To meet that goal, Careme's adopted a philosophy of buying locally sourced ingredients. This allows the student to learn about growing, sourcing, contracting, organics, and protecting the environment, all very important to the future of the restaurant and food service industries.
The students will prepare and serve your meal with the farmers who provided it in mind. We hope you enjoy your visit and return again soon.
