Culinary Training Program
If you’re eager to get started right away in an entry-level job in cooking or baking and pastry, the non-credit five-month culinary training program can position you to succeed. As you focus on mastering cooking principles and practical techniques, you’ll have a chance to determine which areas you want to specialize in. You’ll also prepare for a special exam that leads to a nationally recognized certificate, the National Restaurant Association Food Service Sanitation certificate. During the program, you’ll take the exam. When you’ve completed the five-month program successfully, you’ll receive a certificate of completion.
