Education and training:

A.A.S. degree in Culinary Arts from the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College with gold medal honors

Career highlights:

Served as an adjunct faculty member at the Academy of Culinary Arts from 1999-2000, then was hired as a full-time chef educator. Chef Tedeschi brings more than a decade of on-the-job skills to the classroom from his former positions, including program instructor at Tri-County Community Action Agency in Bridgeton, N.J.; sous chef at Greate Bay Country Club in Somers Point, N.J.; and sauté chef at Cousins' Country House in Egg Harbor Township, N.J. In addition, Chef Tedeschi has served as chef/owner of his catering business "Fiddler's Well Catering" since 1998. He also served as personal chef for Cher and her entourage for one week while she was performing at Caesars Hotel Casino in Atlantic City and staying at a private residence. He has since worked as a private chef for various families as well as starting his own ice sculpting business "Nice Ice Sculptures".

Certified Chef de Cuisine, Certified Culinary Educator, Approved Certification Evaluator, New York Food Show team coach (1999-2001, 2009), Gold Medal (2000, 2001, 2009).
