Uniforms, Textbooks & Tools

As a student at the Academy, you’ll wear a chef’s uniform to classes as well for kitchen work. There’s a second type of uniform for work in the dining room of Careme’s, the gourmet restaurant on campus. Check out the photos on this page to see each uniform.

Where to Buy

You can purchase uniforms from the college's on-campus bookstore or an outside agency, as long as the items meet the standards required by the Academy. Your jackets must have the Academy logo stitched onto the top, left-hand pocket. You may choose to embroider your name above the pocket in navy blue.
