  • Site will not display -- for Internet Explorer (IE) check that your security settings are up to date by selecting "Tools" in the address bar at the top of the page, choose "Internet Options," select the "Advanced" tab and scroll down to the "Security" options, check the box next to "Use TLS 1.0" and click "Apply" then click "OK."   For Mozilla Firefox, select "Tools" in the address bar at the top of the page, choose "Options," select the "Advanced" tab and check the "Use TLS 1.0" under the "Encryption" tab.  You should now be able to view the WebAdvisor page.
  • Need your WebAdvisor login and password – Your login is your full name including middle initial, for example, Thomas E. Brown would have a WebAdvisor id of thomasebrown. Your password is the last six digits of your social security number. If you are not able to login using that combination, choose “I’m New to WebAdvisor” at the bottom right hand side of the "Main Menu" page, and follow the steps to get your id and password. You will be asked to choose an email address from those we have on file for you. If you have not provided Atlantic Cape with a current email address, contact Enrollment Services at 609-343-5005, 609-463-4774, ext. 5005 or by email at register@atlantic.edu. If you have an email address, a temporary password will be sent there. The email will have a sender of datatel, not Atlantic Cape, with a subject line of “AtlanticCape WebAdvisor response.” If you have not received your temporary password within a few minutes of the request, check your spam filter for a datatel email.
  • Need to get or reset a password -- Your password is the last 6 digits of your social security number. If you are not able to access your account using this password, request a reset by choosing the "What's My Password" link at the bottom right hand side "Main Menu" page of the WebAdvisor site. When you return to login, the system will tell you that your password has expired -- use the temporary password as the "old" password and create your own new password.  Atlantic Cape does not keep a record of your password, if you lose or forget it, you will have to again follow the reset process.

Current or former students - request a college transcript, or you can download and print the transcript request form and submit it in person or via fax at (609) 343-4914. Requests for transcripts cannot be accepted by telephone.
