Catch ‘What’s Cooking’ on NBC through Nov. 10
“What’s Cooking,” a 90-second show featuring expert cooking advice from the chefs at the Academy of Culinary Arts, will air on WMGM-TV/NBC 40 through Nov. 10.
The segment airs Mondays during the 5 p.m. news broadcast. It began a 13-week run in August.
Each episode is packed with tips for preparing delicious, seasonal recipes. Upcoming episodes include Butternut Squash Soup (Oct. 27), Chocolate Ganache (Nov. 3) and Braised Pork Loin (Nov. 10.)
Chef Supervisor Bruce Johns of Marmora and Chef Educator Annmarie Chelius of Ocean City appear in the segments, which were filmed in July using the display kitchens at Johnson’s Appliances and Bedding.
All recipes are available on the www.atlantic.edu/whats_cookin after the episodes air so viewers can recreate the dishes at home.
