‘Taste of the Gala’ Cooking Demonstration Planned for Nov. 2
Enjoy the culinary delights of chefs from local restaurants and the Academy of Culinary Arts at “Taste of the Gala,” a cooking demonstration and wine tasting held from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 2, at the Academy, 5100 Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing, room M-129.
Local restaurant chefs from Joseph’s Restaurant at Renault Winery, The Berkshire Grill, Red Sky Café, and the internationally trained chef educators at the ACA will demonstrate their original recipes.
Tickets are $30 a person and reservations are required. Proceeds benefit the ACA through the ACCC Foundation.
This is the second of three cooking demonstrations leading up to the March 7, 2007, The Press of Atlantic City Restaurant Gala. The final ‘Taste’ will be Feb. 1. For more information or Taste of the Gala reservations, call Sean Fischer at (609) 343-5674.
