Atlantic Cape salutes its sustaining sponsors
Culinary Workshop Teaches Sushi Basics
Atlantic Cape Community College's Academy of Culinary Arts will offer a workshop in June about the fundamentals of preparing sushi.
- "Sushi, Ceviche and Traditional Accompaniments," 6-9 p.m., Monday, June 18, provides an overview of creating your own California and vegetable rolls, tuna rolls and other sushi favorites as well as traditional Latin ceviche for summer parties. The fee for each workshop is $60.
