Under the Sea
The 32nd anniversary of the Atlantic Cape Community College Restaurant Gala was held on March 26, 2015. Guests enjoyed the samplings of thousands of scrumptious hors d’oeuvres prepared by the students of the Academy of Culinary Arts.
During the dinner reception, guests experienced the elaborate culinary creations of over 40 of the region’s best restaurants. From the exotic to the extravagant, each prepared unforgettable signature recipes.
While moving to the music of two fabulous dance bands, attendees were able to try their luck at the 50/50 raffle as well as the Bernie Robbins Jewelry promotion.
The "Dessert Extravaganza" featured countless delectable desserts coordinated by Deborah Pellegrino, Executive Pastry Chef, Caesars Entertainment.
