Under the Sea
The 32nd anniversary of the Atlantic Cape Community College Restaurant Gala will be held on March 26, 2015. Guests will enjoy the samplings of thousands of scrumptious hors d’oeuvres prepared by the students of the Academy of Culinary Arts.
During the dinner reception, guests will experience the elaborate culinary creations of over 40 of the region’s best restaurants. From the exotic to the extravagant, each will prepare unforgettable signature recipes.
While moving to the music of two fabulous dance bands, attendees are able to try their luck at the 50/50 raffle as well as the Bernie Robbins Jewelry promotion.
The "Dessert Extravaganza" will feature countless delectable desserts coordinated by Deborah Pellegrino, Executive Pastry Chef, Caesars Entertainment.
