The Atlantic Cape Community College Restaurant Gala, the region’s premier
black-tie fundraising event, will celebrate its 27th anniversary with a Moroccan theme, on March
11, 2010. Since its inception the Gala has raised over $2 million for scholarships
at the Academy of Culinary Arts and Atlantic
Cape Community College.
The 2010 event will feature hors d’oeuvres prepared by Academy students and showcase the specialties of 40 of the area’s best restaurants at a progressive dining experience. The event will also include top of the line entertainment, dancing and a “Dessert Extravaganza” coordinated by Master Chef Eugen Ess, Executive Pastry Chef of the Trump Taj Mahal.
The 2010 Restaurant Gala will be held at Bally's Atlantic City.
