Celebrate the 30 Knights
The Atlantic Cape Community College Restaurant Gala, the region’s premier formal fundraising event, celebrated its 30th anniversary on March 14, 2013. Over the past 30 years, the Gala has raised nearly $3 million for scholarships at the Academy of Culinary Arts, to support educational endeavors at Atlantic Cape Community College and to help underwrite Foundation operations.
The 2013 event featured delectable hors d’oeuvres prepared by Academy students and showcased the specialties of over 50 of the region’s best restaurants at a progressive dining experience. The event also included top of the line entertainment, dancing and a “Dessert Extravaganza,” coordinated by Master Chef Eugen Ess, executive pastry chef of the Trump Taj Mahal, and Chef Deborah Pellegrino, Executive Pastry Chef of Caesars Entertainment.
The 31st Annual Restaurant Gala will be held at Bally's Atlantic City on March 13, 2014.
