Office Technology Specialist
Learn the skills and develop the confidence needed to work in today’s high-tech office. This program is designed for anyone who needs to gain vital computer skills. You’ll learn document production, word processing, spreadsheet preparation, database creation and management, and effective use of presentation software. Grammar and proofreading skills, organizing an electronic calendar and accounting using QuickBooks 2007 are also included in the program. Gain hands-on experience in an office environment with a four-week supervised internship. Upon successful completion, you may be eligible for up to 12 college credits toward an ACCC degree.

- Microsoft Word 2007
- Excel 2007
- Access 2007
- PowerPoint 2007
- Outlook 2007 and Resume Writing
- QuickBooks 2009
- Microsoft Office Integration
- Internship
