Certification Exam: Professional Certification in Customer Service (PCCS)

The PCCS exam tests your knowledge and skill in your ability to learn about products and services; how you assess customer needs; how you will educate the customer and how you will meet customers’ needs and provide ongoing support. The review session for the exam takes two hours. The certification exam will take two hours.
