Healthy Cooking for the Home Chef

(6-week series)

This hands-on healthy cooking class is designed to help students nourish themselves and others.  Learn practical skills in the kitchen to get healthy meals on the table along with nutritional information and how to be an educated grocery shopper.  Participants will be inspired and empowered to apply healthy plant-based eating principles to everyday meals.
