Community ESL- Level 1 (Beginner)

Improve your speaking and listening skills, and learn about American culture through reading authentic stories and talking about real life situations. Learn new vocabulary and grammatical structures to communicate about yourself, school, family, work and community. Intended for students with little or no English language skills.

Community ESL – Level 2 (Intermediate)

Continue practice in listening and speaking, and learn more about American culture. Read authentic stories and talk about real-life situations. Lean new vocabulary and grammatical structures to communicate about yourself, school, family, work and community. Intended for students with a minimum of English language skills.

This workshop is designed for advanced ESL students who want to perfect their conversation skills for everyday life. Conversation topics include health care, transportation, social communication, family-life, community and consumer life, life at work and in the news.
