Associate in Arts in Literature (AA-L)

DEGREE OBJECTIVE: Designed for students who wish to major in English and/or linguistics. A broad base in the humanities prepares students for transfer to a four-year college for the baccalaureate degree. English studies may lead to careers in advertising, broadcasting, journalism, law, teaching and writing.
