Duties:

Performs computer systems programming and analysis tasks

Performs Business Analysis functions (ie: Business Requirements, System/Program Specifications,Vendor Evaluations etc.)

Develops system, program and procedural documentation for users and technical staff

Performs program maintenance, including system installation and configuration

Provides technical support for the ERP architecture, and all related ancillary systems

Provides technical support for analyzing, developing, and maintaining custom code in the ERP architecture and all ancillary systems.

Provides technical support for data integrations between the ERP architecture and various ancillary systems including but not limited to Blackboard, Award Spring, Trusted Link

Ensures data integrity in the UniData and SQL databases

Identifies and corrects invalid data

Provides data forensics through analysis and automated solutions to identify issues as required for compliance

Develops and maintains custom solutions for various interfaces

Develops and maintains custom reports or queries using ERP and other reporting tools

Creates and maintains export maps specifications in Data Warehouse

Provides technical support with debugging and resolving production issues for ERP and its related systems

Performs daily monitoring and operational tasks

Responsible for maintaining and working with Vendor in supporting systems/environments including but not limited to operating systems, hardware, and software.

Works interdepartmentally to create, configure, maintain virtual servers.

Assists with support of ERP / LDAP interface and e-Commerce payment gateway requirements

Responsible for the UI interface for Colleague Mobile maintenance and upgrade support

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related area

Experience:

3-5 years’ experience in programming and analysis skills preferably focused in Ellucian Colleague systems and applications within Higher Education

Experience with business analysis and managing projects

Competencies and Skills:

Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative project team environments

Solid verbal, written and analytical skills

Knowledge of industry standard software like Windows Server, Linux, IIS, Tomcat, SQL Server, SFTP servers/client, NFS.

Terms of Employment:

 This position may require flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends and duties performed at any Atlantic Cape location.
