Salary: $14.40 per hour up to 26 hours per week

Reports to the Director, Worthington Atlantic City Campus Student Services and Institutional Career Services.

Provides direct administrative support to the Director, Worthington Atlantic City Campus Student Services.

Assists with student registration.

Follows policies, procedures and guidelines to perform required functions while adhering to FERPA

Provides courteous customer services. Answers telephone calls, takes messages and retrieves voicemail and provides information as directed.

Assists with preparation, organization, and delivery of materials for meetings and events. Compiles and maintains packets for student orientation, workshops and activities.

Maintain displays and bulletin boards.

Assists the director with campus food insecurity efforts and pantries

Maintains college transfer material up to date.

Assist with student engagement activities.

Processes requisitions and purchase orders.  Provides back-up-support for Student Services.

Perform related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:


High School diploma, associate’s degree preferred

Competencies and Skills:

Ability to work in a team centered environment

Multi-tasking ability and organizational skills

Sensitivity to the needs of a diverse population

Computer skills to include Microsoft Office Products

Demonstrated ability to work independently

Customer Service experience a plus

Terms of Employment:

This position is may require flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
