Salary: $17 per hour up to 26 hours per week
  • Reports to the Vice President, Academic Affairs
  • Inputs faculty schedules and assignments into the college’s management information system each semester
  • Inputs course schedules into the college’s management information system each semester
  • Processes requisitions, purchase orders, and expense vouchers
  • Provides administrative support for Academic Affairs
  • Assists with special events Serves as backup for room scheduling
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Experience working in an education/administrative setting.
  • Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated administrative skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and clerical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Ellucian’s Colleague Management Information System a plus

Note:   This position requires occasional flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
