Salary: $25 per hour
  • Reports to the Assistant Director, CDA State Project
  • Provides participants with intensive coaching and support for student success; responds to participants  requests for assistance
  • Provides testing for program participants
  • Manages and conducts student remediation
  • Schedules and conducts participant coaching sessions (minimum one weekly contact per participant, text, email, voice call)
  • Documents participant contacts and progress biweekly
  • Assists students in navigating the Council CDA certification process
  • Maintains student engagement logs
  • Related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ teaching experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in case management/coaching
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
  • Technology skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
This position requires flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location. This position requires travel to locations in New Jersey.
